Heroin and other opiates are by far the most frequent reason people enter treatment centers in Gloucester County. However, alcohol, cocaine and other drugs still pose a significant problem across all demographics. While addiction to opioids is a severe challenge for those who struggle with the condition, it’s possible for anyone to overcome.
Treatment at Recovery at the Crossroads Drug and Alcohol Rehab
Our approach is evidence-based and combines hard work with love to help people struggling in their relationship with drugs or alcohol. Recovery at the Crossroads tailors its treatment specifically to women and those affected by trauma and offers cutting-edge addiction treatments like EMDR.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
An intensive outpatient program involves spending around 10 hours each week attending counseling. We offer a mixture of individual, group and recreational therapy for clients who are ready to take the next step after a PHP. Although clients have plenty of time to get back into the swing of daily life, they spend enough time in treatment to feel fully supported in their recovery efforts.
General Outpatient
General outpatient is the final stage of your journey to recovery. This type of alcohol or drug treatment is tailored to each individual depending on their individual needs. This type of treatment program is ideal for those who have finished an IOP but still require weekly support. It’s also a great option for someone who is concerned that they’re at risk of relapse.
Partial Hospitalization for Addiction Treatment
Our PHP lets clients live at home and continue with their daily routine while dedicating a few hours each day to the rehab facility.
This recovery program is ideal for individuals who have been to an inpatient rehab program and need a little support stepping back into daily life. It can also be a great opportunity for someone who has relapsed to get back on track. Clients take part in group therapy, individual counseling and recreational therapy like art or music therapy.
Jewish and Kosher Rehab
Recovery at the Crossroads is a drug and alcohol treatment center that specializes in Jewish and Kosher healthcare services. Practicing Jews can expect detox, meals, medical advice and physical and mental healthcare in addition to regular religious services.
For many Jews, being surrounded by like-minded individuals who understand your background and culture is key to recovery. We provide the perfect space for community members to put their arms around each other and promote healing.

Al-Anon
Addiction is a family disease, and if someone you love has fallen victim to it, there’s a strong chance you’ve suffered from trauma as a result. Psychoactive substances affect the brain, causing behavioral changes and hijacking the personality of the sufferer. While it’s a terrible experience for them, it has a serious impact on the people who love them, too.
