Located in Blackwood, New Jersey, Recovery at the Crossroads offers safe alcohol and drug rehab programs in a nurturing, comfortable environment. While our ultimate goal with each client is recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction, our program also enriches the lives of our clients and their family members through healing and growth. We encourage our patients to involve their family and other loved ones in their treatment as much as possible.
Our team of professional clinicians works directly with each of our clients to create a customized recovery plan, helping those we serve have the best possible chance of success in their program. Our counselors have plenty of experience working with clients who’ve lived with crippling addiction, and we understand that recovery is a process that’s best taken one day at a time.
Our partial hospitalization program is ideal for people who are stepping down from an inpatient rehabilitation program or seeking addiction treatment for the first time.
Our PHP allows clients to continue living at home and engaging in most of their usual day-to-day activities, such as work or school, while receiving care. While participating in this program, clients visit the facility for just a few hours each day to attend group sessions, receive counseling or take part in enrichment activities such as music therapy or art therapy.
PHP programs are best for clients who are transitioning from residential care back into their own homes and need a little extra support. They’re also a good option for those who’ve experienced a minor relapse and need a bit of help getting back on track.
Clients who participate in IOP programs are required to spend about 10 hours per week engaged in counseling and therapy programs at the facility. This can include a mix of group therapy, individual therapy and recreational therapy.
This type of program is designed for clients who are ready to spend more time focusing on getting back to their regular life. It’s considered a step down from a PHP program.
GOP programs can be customized to meet the needs of clients. They typically include a structured schedule that includes some combination of individual and group counseling, as well as recreational care such as art or music therapy. There is no general requirement when it comes to how many hours per week clients need to receive care in this type of program.
These programs are often recommended to clients who have completed an IOP program and require a little extra support before reducing their visits to biweekly or monthly counseling or group therapy sessions. They can also be useful for individuals who’ve previously completed a rehabilitation program and are at risk of relapse.

I’ve been to multiple rehab facilities I’ve the past four years of my journey to sobriety. When I finally came to recovery at the crossroads last January something finally hit home. Since then I’ve gotten a year thanks to their welcoming home-like atmosphere. I would highly recommend going to crossroads for treatment.
I am writing this review cause I believe it is the least I can do to repay and thank this facility for what they have done for me. If you are looking for help whether it be drug or alcohol-related, or just emotional and mental health there is no other facility that can even come close to what RAC and BHA provide. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of help.
Recovery at Crossroads is an awesome place to get well and find a purpose within your life. Speaking on behalf of myself I attained many goals that I set for myself and within the 3 months of me being here I grew to love myself and believe I could do anything due to the fact that all the staff members here believed in me when I could not believe in myself.
